  1. L\u2019instruction pr\u00e9-juridictionnelle visant le ministre de la Justice, Constant Mutamba, a d\u00e9but\u00e9 ce mardi 3 juin au Parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour de cassation. Le ministre s\u2019est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une vingtaine d\u2019avocats venus assurer sa d\u00e9fense.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00c0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, une foule de sympathisants et des membres de son cabinet, certains munis de sifflets, ont tent\u00e9 de l\u2019accompagner jusqu\u2019au Parquet. La police a toutefois interdit l\u2019acc\u00e8s au b\u00e2timent, provoquant des \u00e9chauffour\u00e9es et un moment de tension.
    \nL\u2019audition du ministre a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e par l\u2019avocat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Sylvain Kalwila, assist\u00e9 du magistrat Christophe Museme.
    \nConstant Mutamba est accus\u00e9 de d\u00e9tournement pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 de 19 millions de dollars am\u00e9ricains, sur un total de 39 millions destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction d\u2019une nouvelle prison \u00e0 Kisangani, dans la province de la Tshopo. Il lui est reproch\u00e9 d\u2019avoir ordonn\u00e9 le d\u00e9caissement de cette somme dans le cadre d\u2019un march\u00e9 de gr\u00e9 \u00e0 gr\u00e9, alors que celui-ci n\u2019avait pas encore re\u00e7u l\u2019approbation de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 comp\u00e9tente.<\/p>\n
