Nous esp\u00e9rons l&#8217;acquittement de notre client. Nous attendons la d\u00e9cision des juges qui interviendra dans cinq jours\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Ma\u00eetre Yves Kisombe, l&#8217;un des avocats de Constant Mutamba.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>T\u00f4t ce matin, un dispositif de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place. Les alentours de la Cour de cassation \u00e9taient sous haute surveillance polici\u00e8re, et l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la salle d&#8217;audience \u00e9tait contr\u00f4l\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision de report a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e alors m\u00eame que les juges et l&#8217;ancien ministre de la Justice, Constant Mutamba, n&#8217;\u00e9taient pas encore arriv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Constant Mutamba clame toujours son innocence. Il est accus\u00e9 du d\u00e9tournement pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 de 19 millions de dollars am\u00e9ricains allou\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction d&#8217;un centre p\u00e9nitentiaire \u00e0 Kisangani (Tshopo).
