Les op\u00e9rations de recherche se poursuivent dimanche, alors que le bilan officiel restait inconnu.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Le naufrage s&#8217;est produit dans la soir\u00e9e du samedi 26 septembre 2026, alors que la pirogue motoris\u00e9e effectuait la travers\u00e9e entre la ville de Bukavu et plusieurs localit\u00e9s du territoire d&#8217;Idjwi. Selon des sources locales r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es, pr\u00e8s de cinquante passagers se retrouvent \u00e0 bord au moment de l&#8217;accident.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La pirogue devait notamment desservir les axes Luganda, Nkuvu et Kwikwi. Une grande partie des passagers serait de petits commer\u00e7ants des fretins commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">sambaza<\/span><\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00bb, qui effectuent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des navettes entre Bukavu et Idjwi pour leurs activit\u00e9s commerciales.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Les circonstances exactes du chavirement ne sont pas encore connues dimanche. Aucun bilan officiel n&#8217;a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s locales, alors que les recherches se poursuivent pour retrouver les personnes port\u00e9es disparues.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Habiragi F\u00e9lix, chef du village Kisheke, a indiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse locale qu&#8217;une partie des passagers avait pu \u00eatre secourue.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00ab\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/strong><em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Pr\u00e8s de 15 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sauv\u00e9es dans cet accident, mais le nombre de disparus est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Les recherches sont en cours pour savoir davantage \u00bb,<\/span><\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, des sources locales non officielles affirment que douze corps auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 rep\u00each\u00e9s depuis la matin\u00e9e de dimanche 27 septembre.
